The Heart Behind Moody Mares
Hi, I’m Le Jordan, the artist and maker behind Moody Mares.
I have loved horses for as long as I can remember. As a child, I could spend hours dreaming about them, drawing them and wishing for a pony of my own. That fascination never disappeared — and today, it has become a very special part of my creative life.
Moody Mares grew from that love. I wanted to create horses that are not only realistic, but somehow feel alive — with expression in their eyes, personality in their faces and those little details that make every real horse so wonderfully individual.
Each of my horses is handcrafted by me from beginning to end. Whether it is a hobby horse, a realistic pony foal or a completely new creation, I put the same care into giving it its own character and presence.
My background in design and engineering also means I am constantly experimenting, developing and finding new ways to bring my ideas to life. But behind all the techniques and details is something much simpler:
I just really, really love horses.
And I hope a little of that love can be felt in every horse that leaves my workshop.
